They definitely need some changes because drivers just waist their time over there. I am standing on dock about 4 hours and it’s not done yet. 3 hours waiting in line to get on dock infinity to get loaded, then how I supposed to be on time at my delivery appointment!!! Nobody care, they don’t for sure.

You need to change how you process drivers checking in and stage ur appreciation for drivers. Get our number and call us... so we can blank (mfn) blank sleeper berth or off duty. This is bottle neck unacceptable and time wasting time consuming ..whilst your freight is being loaded, truck drivers time here dispatched grieve and fatigue restlessly wasting hours on the side of the road waiting for a trip with your goods. We'll, ..I am at least and will not come back here, and shall let that be known to any broker service Please learn a way to do entirely better than what your business property has waiting; because this waiting thing on the road ain't it! Peace! Wthk! Sad long wait times without knowing how long a wait!

Thursday! Expect a long wait time! Backed to the dock almost as soon as I got there and didn’t get the green light to leave till like 4 hours later! And don’t expect paid detention time either! Haul for them if you enjoy waiting!
