Highly professional staff with a calm, attentive and friendly physician for a leader. The environment is super-clean and we'll organized with large spaces to maneuver. Very time conscious and expedient during visits. My family did an medical exam for immigration purposes but our timing was earlier than required by USCIS, who required that we retake the exam at a later date. When we returned, Dr Kamath swiftly conducted and updated our medical report without charging an extra dime. How kind and understanding, we'll always return to this place for medical care, anytime! Great experience... all things considered. Went in for an abscess, and the nurse/assistant was absolutely incredible. Very caring and helpful. She was great, made me feel comfortable, and an absolute sweet heart. Doctor was very professional, didn't prescribe unnecessary antibiotics, which shows to me he is well educated and doesn't contribute to the antibiotic resistant bacteria epidemic we face as a society. I honestly get annoyed when I hear doctors prescribe antibiotics to placate ignorant hypochondriacs. Best urgent care that I've been to.

My first time here and they were amazing. The front desk staff was helpful and very nice. The nurse who Called me in was super sweet & compassionate. Also Dr. Giridhar was professional and took his time. I didn’t feel rushed. I highly recommended this urgent care if you ever need to go to one! Very clean inside!

In the 3 years that I have gone to Surya, I have always had great, fast service. Yes my first visit required an extra initial payment of $100 until all the insurance details were in order and the money was returned to me; however, this is the exact same experience that my brother had at a different Urgent Care facility. It was inconvenient to have the $100 tied up for awhile, but the practice is common and understandable, given the lack of single-payer universal health care in the U.S. vs all other first world nations. Having $100 tied up for a bit was basically a convenience charge for being able to see a doctor immediately, as opposed to waiting 2 to 4 months. These days even some gas pumps will put a $100 hold on your account until all the billing details are in order. I really appreciate being able to see Dr. Kamath right away. And, he's always taken great care of me! :)

Our lab services are typically limited to immunization titers (MMR, varicella, hepatitis B). Results return within two business days after the patient goes to the lab (usually LabCorp). Surya provides the lab script for a $50 charge (this charge is waived for physicals).
On 11/29/2021, Surya's charge for a DOT physical went up to $200 (from $150, which had been the price for the previous six years). Drivers obtaining a DOT physical at Surya are typically in-and-out within an hour. While Surya may charge more than other offices, drivers are generally pleased with our prompt service and tend to return when their medical certificates expire.
As of 11/29/2021, work/school/sports/fit-for-duty/prelicensure physicals are $150. Please note that we do not offer annual or preoperative physicals. DOT physicals are $200.
