We worked with David Venezia at Northeast acura and he was great! He helped us navigate all the options for models, features, new vs. used, lease vs. purchase. It took sone time to get our Acura MDX but when it was finally ready he met with us as soon as possible. Just purchased a 2022 Acura RDX. Went to the dealership to compare this vehicle with other brands we had test driven. We loved it immediately, even though we were a little intimidated by all of the technology and features that we were not used to. However, our salesperson, Brooke Wilson , eased all our fears. We have been used this Acura service for years. Folks are friendly and service is great. When we finally decide to trade in our old Acura car for a new car, after comparing with other dealers, we finally chose Northeast Acura. Dan spent a lot of time showing and comparing different car models, explaining the different packages and options to us. Later he also frequently kept us updated with the new car delivery delay due to the chip shortage. We really appreciate his patience, passions and assistance. We finally received our 2022 new model car this week. Dan and Rachel helped us complete the trade-in process and financial process. It was a smooth and great experience.
