Yes they are so easy to work with as well as caring, compassionate and very reasonable prices. I live in alturas ca which is approx 3 to 3 1/2 hours from thier business. They on)y charged me $64 for the round trips to pick up my furr baby then return his cremains once done. Pretty fair price to drive 3+ hours to pick him up then another 3+ hours for the drive back to redding then to bring his cremains back to alturas then they had to drive back to redding once they dropped his cremais off. That's like approx 12 to 14 hours traveling time in total for $64. Amazing!! The cremation price for my boy Max who weighed 65 to 70 pounds was around $205. Cremation and transport cost total of $ 269. I do see on thier website that you can drop your pet off to them during business hours. Maybe call ahead of time

I don't see why they would not be willing to do so. I had my dog creamated there December 14, 2018. I have family that lived in Shingletown for 23 years. I live in Sacramento.
