Is there cell service at or near the campground. We have a family member that is sick and just need enough service to check text messages once a day.

Definitely not the store in Washington. I have hiked through many times never had service.

You could drive into Goshen or Newport if need be only 15 minutes away.possibly at the store in Washington as well

There is spotty service. You won't get anything consistent, but youd be able to send/receive texts at least once or twice daily.
