Hi Andrea -- We do allow small dogs under 50 lbs, for a one time fee of $750 upon move-in. You must be able to care for your own pet, and they are not permitted in the common areas of our community. Feel free to call us at 413-568-0000 if you have additional questions.
Yes you can have a small dog. I would call them directly in case they change their policies.
