If I could give these guys a 25 star review I would in heartbeat. I live in Maine about 40 miles from Maine's Indian dealership yet the service and attention I've gotten from this dealership is well worth the 500 mile round trip distance it takes for me to bring my bike down there. As riders we all understand peace of mind is everything and the confidence I have in this crew leaves me feeling incredibly safe and secure with all the work they do to my bike. In March of 2022 they performed the 126 big bore upgrade to my 2021 Chieftain DH and to say I'm impressed by the outcome would be an understatement. Not only did they send me constant progress updates but they went the extra mile to ensure my bike was performing optimally before they gave it back to me which is essential when having major performance upgrades done - so many times in the past I've been told work is complete only to be bringing my bike back in a week because someone neglected to double check their work...beyond aggravating considering we're lucky to get a 6 month riding season up here. If you haven't checked this dealership out, if you haven't made the decision to give their service department your work - you're missing out on having top notch techs in the industry care for your investment - we already have to watch out for everyone on the road who doesn't watch out for us...do you really want to feel that way about the dealership you get your bike serviced at as well? Thank you Dave, Ryan, John, and anyone else on the team who has played a part in keeping my bike running immaculately which has allowed me to make the absolute most out of my riding seasons.

After visiting two other Indian Motorcycle dealers, I wound up at IMOS. What a great experience. In addition to the beautiful museum quality bikes in the showroom, IMOS had a great selection of new bikes right on the showroom floor. Dennis the owner happened to be in the showroom that day and answered all my questions. There is a no pressure feel there. My wife and I spent almost two hours just staring at all the beautiful motorcycles before we pulled the trigger on purchasing a gorgeous 2021 Indian Springfield. I'm very happy to now be a part of the IMOS family. Highly recommend this dealer if you're in the market for a great bike.

Great little dealership! Everyone is very friendly and there is so much Indian Motorcycle history. Definitely worth a visit if you are riding through Springfield.

Hands down best dealer experience I've ever had. Worked with Donna through the whole process, and she was excellent, knowledgeable and informative the entire time. Great responses, worked with me through a ton of details and questions I had with ease. Dave in service was also excellent, extremely fast bike setup and walk through upon pick up, and coordination of parts I had shipped there directly to be installed. I strongly encourage anyone contemplating purchasing a bike to consider Indian of Springfield, you will not regret it.

I'm buying a Indian Scout 60 this weekend, it still has a year warranty, does this transfer with the bike? It also has 570 miles I know t should have the oil change for proper break in, is this something that would void the warranty. Thanks, Curtis

Both questions should be asked to the dealer, not about the dealership, in most cases the warranty will transfer, as long as you don't go way over there break-in, it shouldn't be a problem, depending on how hard the first 570 were ridden
