My first encounter was with the man himself Brian and was satisfied with my nails.. when I went back for a fill was sent to a newly certified nail esthetician not much fill experience… my fill was so ridiculous bumpy thick acrylic I complained only to be shunned from the salon… went back 3 weeks later and was told there was no one that could do my fill … customer service is NOT a priority.. conformity and acceptance what they expect…

DO NOT GO HERE. IT WAS HARD TO REMOVE THE ACRYLIC NAILS. I SOAKED THEM FOR 2 HOURS AND THEY RUINED MY NAIL BED AND ONE OF NAILS IS BLEEDING AND SOME OF THEM ARE CRACKED

You dont have to, but its best if you do, they are ALWAYS busy. Ive been going there for 2 years and make an appt first. If i ever need a quick nail fix or something then i drop by right when they open and jimmy always takes care of me. But i would definately suggest an appt
