Does the park have options for gluten free food?

Yes

I ate GF at Finnegan's in the Studios & at City Walk at Red Brick Pizza, Cowfish & Emeril's. All had great GF food & knowledgeable staff.

I doubt any of the pop up food shops do but there are several stand alone restaurants that I'm sure do.
