Depends on the time of year. We spent a wednesday-sunday there in january and the only people there were a bunch of Brazilian tour grroups
Week days mostly for tourist weekends and holidays thats were youll see locals come in. And also 6pm(free parking by this time) onwards especially Friday thats locals favorite time to go.
You'll find a lot of older couples or families from out of country but as far as the local folks we probly won't be there just because it is a school/work day. The only catch that is if it's a holiday
Not as many as on weekends or holiday times, but still quite a few.
