It's pretty self explanatory on the universal Orlando website. Go to tickets and packages and they will give you different choices. If you just want Islands and Volcano then you would be paying separate. Islands=$130 Volcano=$70
It's up to you if you want to swim go to volcano bay it is a water park, rides and attractions islands of adventure, we had gotten park to park passes for universal studios and island of adventure for two days better that way. I have never been to volcano bay
