Avanti Resort runs a shuttle to Universal. Free for guests of the resort. Basics budget lodging and friendly staff

If you do not stay at one of the hotel's parking is usually free after 6. It's probably cheaper to valet then it is Park sometimes.

The closest would be hotel/friday's parking lot across the street.

There is not. Suggestion is to get a hotel which is within walking distance which is what I did on Vineland Blvd. Or if not up for the walk use Uber or Taxi. Taxi was actually cheaper than parking one night and how awesome after long day NOT to drive out of there.
