No. You must provide your FL ID/DL upon picking up tickets. Every person must have their FL ID/DL, and their name goes on the ticket. You also cannot pick them up at a kiosk. You must go to an actual person. If you are just buying tickets, you can as long as they are not the FL resident discounted tickets
