Yes, you should see "smoke" when you exhale if smoking with a vape cartridge. You said the battery is charged, and you are holding down the button. Make sure you are drawing in (inhaling) for at least a few seconds. You can also try turning up the temp (or volts) on the battery, it might be on the lowest setting. The silver battery that Curaleaf gives has a small dial on the bottom where you can increase the voltage to get a stronger hit. With that same battery you can also try "preheating" by pushing the button 2 times with the battery on already. The light will flash continuously, and then when you push it to inhale you get a better hit. If none of that works, I would take the cartridge and battery back to the dispensary and ask them to check it for you- it could be something isn't working right. Hope that helps!
Well, what could be wrong if I don't see any vapor on exhale ? I don't smoke regular cigs or vape, but the battery is fully charged, and I hold the button down when I inhale. Feel a little silly asking, but I didn't bother to ask for instructions st the dispensery...
