I went in first thing in the morning, got there at 0730 and there was already a line of about 8 people. They were very organized and line moved very quickly. I had a complicated title case but Ms. Courtney was extremely patient and helpful with the process. Best DMV/Tax collector I’ve been to.

I have used many different tax collectors offices in my time. This office has the most professional and friendly staff I have ever worked with. They are extremely helpful and patient with their customers. Thank you all and keep up the great attitude.

This was a great experience. As we all know, its jumping through hoops to get something done at the dmv, but not here. We moved here from Virginia and they were quick, efficient, and extremely nice. Very little waiting time, 10 minutes I would say, and out of there within the hour with 2 drivers license and tag taken care of.

I was here on a Thursday morning around 8:30am and no waiting! I had to drive all the way from Orlando to here to get title transfer because Orange County on take appointment and it's 2 weeks waiting period! When I got here, the older lady was helping me and she was super friendly and helpful unlike most of the DMV I have been to in the past. My tag has a toll violation and it prevented me to finalize the title process. So, she told me to call Epass, pay the toll violation, and have the toll representative to email her the receipt when it's done. This older lady waited about 10-15mins for the toll lady to email her the cleared toll notification, so she could proceed to the next step. I was not told to step a side while she help other customers. She was with me the entire time I was on the phone with the toll lady! Maybe it's my good luck that day, but I feel this lady was well trained, super patience, and super helpful! Other DMVs around FL need to come here for training from this older lady! I just want to say, thank you again! I know it's your job, but what you did for me today was more than you doing your job! You should be the employee of the year and train the rest of your people to conduct themselves professionally and more importantly solving the cumstomer's problem like you did for me today!

Go into the office closest to you. Need your license and two proofs of address.
Sure friend, you are in the right place.
You'll need your birth certificate and probably a second form of ID, and you should bring a piece of mail addressed to you or your parents, if you're under 16. You can also go online to the FDHSMV website and you should have the option to read it in both Spanish and English.
You need 2 proofs documents with your name on the address you need to change . Documents examples Utility Bill , Bank Statement with address , etc
No appointment. Be prepared to wait a long time!
Not sure, but they may give you a vision test
