Arrive at 730am. They open at 8am. I’ve been to this location many times and each time I was there in line at 730am. If you are the first one in the door or the 12th person in the door you will be in and out. Customer service is good however some of the employees don’t know all the information that they should. I’ve been to this location 8 times in last 3 years and never had a reason to complain. If you are smart you won’t have a reason to complain either. Why not 5 stars you ask ? Well that’s because some employees don’t know the job as well as others.

I was there first thing Monday morning. Walked in got a number and was at a window within 5min. I had to transfer a title, get a drives license and apply for a pistol permit. I didn't have some paperwork or info needed, my fault, I was given a card that allowed me to skip the number next time I came in. Went home got the info and paperwork needed and went back. The lady I spoke with had just called someone up to help them so I waited and ended up getting a number because I was going to be quicker. My number was called and I walked up to the window and proceeded to be helped. It took the lady about 25 to 30 minutes to process the paperwork and I was on my way with a new driver's license and a new license plate. Oh before I left the fist time I walked back and applied for my pistol permit and that was just as smooth and quick as the other paperwork later that day.

Rude customer service at window 14 today. Anyway, they take your money here. Tax is theft. Do not recommend. Even more so, is that they charge you 2.5% to use your credit card. They should not freak out when you use their pen to write a check to pay them thousands in taxes. They should say thank you. No reason to spray down pens either. Stop the insanity.
