Just called and spoke to Dorothy regarding perpetual care renewal. After cutting my call of three times she was yelling at me and was not willing or able to assist. This is disturbing and disgusting. I'm not done here. Horrible!!!

Made a payment by phone to a rude staff member with a miserable attitude. if you hate your job that much leave it for someone that will enjoy doing it. What a mistake picking this place was.

Unfortunately both my amazing and loving grandparents were buried this year and every time my mom or my brother leave flowers at their temporary marker it’s always gone the next time we visit. It’s always being thrown out. Very disappointed because the bench that was ordered in January when my grandmother passed fell through. And it’s still delayed to next year for all we know. My grandfather didn’t even get to see the bench before he passed. It’s been a rough year and I wish this would get solved. My mom and aunt have reached out and we are still having issues 😞🥺

I have contacted Good Shepherd numerous of times by phone calls and in person. Ive put several work orders for them to mow and maintain the plots. My visits show me 9 out of 10 they allow the grass to grow wild all over the plots. They don't maintain the back as well as the front. Each time I confront them it's the same old story we're trying to advertise and find somebody to help and that's a bunch of crock. I've even gone as far as giving them someone's name and phone number that he would love to work there and maintain the grounds, which they never pursued! I do not feel that this company has the best interest of our loved ones that we have lost, and miss teribably! It's sad that it's all about money.

Questions & Answers

Why do the vases on the graves have openings on the bottoms so they don't hold the water for the flowers. I noticed this today on my moms grave. I put in three gallons of water and the vase was still empty

Today I went to the cemetary and brought 7gallons of water with me and after adding the vase was empty so I guess someone really screwed up as I was sold a vase full of holes

Is this a catholic cemetery?

I think it is,a,shame that no one from the cemetary has answered your question after three mths. I will tell you that they have a catholic section but also a bigger non catholic section and also a baby section.
