Teller 10 was extremely rude and condescending!! I asked a simple question and she raised her voice and was nasty. I asked for her name and she rudely said "she didn't have to give me anything" then mumbled something under her breath. I asked to speak to her supervisor so she went to her and complained about me. I didn't have time to speak to her supervisor but her coworkers told me she always has a bad attitude and receives complaints from other folks that come in on a weekly basis but yet there she is getting paid with our tax $$ to be a rude nasty person as a public servant...pathetic

They were very helpful and I'm still surprised at the time spent there, in just 1 hour I was able to take the test, pay my fees and printed out the license ID card, everyone was so nice, respectful, knowledgeable, and helpful.

They are wonderful! It's best to make an appointment but it isn't necessary, they will still see you. But if you want to move ahead of the line make an appointment. Otherwise the wait isn't long in my opinion. Laurie was really nice and congratulated me on a job well done. I was very satisfied with my visit. All smiles 😁😊 You rock, Ocala!
