This place is terrible. All of the employees are over worked and under paid. They are constantly on mandatory overtime and are not allowed to take vacation time, even though they work for a travel agency. No one should book through GCC
The above review is not correct. All the crew is on contract. Yes, working on a ship is demanding. Besides their contract pay they get pre determined tip. Many passengers give tips above the fixed amount. GCT has terrific on board staff, crew, local tour guides and program directors. They are a reliable and professional company.
