GCT is the most unethical and unprofessional travel company we have ever dealt with. We cancelled a vacation in April 2022 and pretended like they never recieved the initial cancellation notice and subsequesnt ones. They will try every trick in the book to keep your money. DO NOT agree to "banking" your money for future travel and keep good records as to when you requested your cancellation and refund. I finally filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau of Massachusetts, which caught their attention and finally resulted in a partial refund.

They value their elementary style assessments to define a sales person talent in the workplace, HR will ignore any questions or requests until its time to terminate your contract. Upper management has bias in the workplace and pre judge newer employees. This company loses out on amazing talents forntheir company because they base work performance not on your actual progress and work ethic but based on silly assessments as if you were in a math class. Thank you grand circle for not only wasting my time but leading me to near homelessnesses over a silly assessment.

Grand circle trip to Egypt was my alllllll time favorite of any trip I’ve ever taken The small group became family ( still keep up with some ) The care, the love, the knowledge shared by GC was amazing ! I recommend this over any cruise line anywhere

I realize this is a tough time for everyone in the travel business and it is a stressful time for all. However, I am very disappointed in the cancellation policy. We are scheduled to go to Ireland on 10/1. CDC and State Department have put Ireland on a red alert (do not travel) yet the tour is going on. As I understand from your customer service agents, options to cancel are limited. We just want a full-refund or price protection for the future trip. We have reluctantly booked a trip for 9 May 2022. However, I can't believe that they want to charge a loyal customer $100 change fee and changes in airfare. My mother, has travelled with GCT many times. Isn't our loyalty worth this small amount of money?

I am a client not an employee/counsellor/asccountant.
Honestly, you have a better chance of making contact via email. If you can't get an email address for them or you can't get a hold of them on the phone. I would send a certified letter. If they still don't respond or you can't get a hold of the accountant department, I would escalate the situation and file a complaint with the Massachusetts Attorney General's Office and with the Better Business Bureau (BBB). That will get their attention and they most definitely will reply then.
GCT/OAT are not trained on specifics of travel protection. Best option is to contact travel protection company.
You'd have to check with Grand Circle or the travel insurance company. I would check with both and have it in writing.
Don't see a question
Yes, www.oattravel.com/mso
On the Grand Circle Travel website
You just left a review.....I would give the company a call or have a look at their website.
No
No they do not, but many other great trips.
This place is terrible. All of the employees are over worked and under paid. They are constantly on mandatory overtime and are not allowed to take vacation time, even though they work for a travel agency. No one should book through GCC
Sorry no.
