To whom it may concern: Good afternoon, I would like to address a concern I had when recently visiting your Hyannis Emergency Crisis Location for mental health services. The first thing that was brought to my attention was the lack of privacy the staff have. While I was waiting to be seen, I could hear the conversations of multiple staff members on the second floor discussing client’s personal information along with hearing staff members over share private details of their own life. I could also hear animals in the building and heard multiple dogs barking which was very distracting to me as I was being met with for an assessment. As I was leaving the building I noticed multiple bags near the front door and upon further inspection realized they were doggy bags filled with poop. While I am very pleased with the services I received, the environment was very unprofessional. Thanks, L.J.

Would love to see reviews on clients success stories but not offered on the site. Program could of done better during the pandemic.

If you need help, in my personal opinion this is the best methadone clinic in boston. Of course you're going to hear people's negative experiences because I feel like a lot of the times a negative experience is the only reason people will write reviews. The staff here are super nice in my experience. Bridgette , she's a counselor there and she's wonderful. I've been on two other clinics and this one by far, is the way to go. All you are is an insurance bill to other ones. When I got on Topeka street one of the first things they made me sign was a paper stating if my insurance ran out that I was responsible to pay out of pocket or be screwed pretty much . Only downsides is i do feel like they play favorites. Some people get away with things that others cant. Some counselors dont make their clients do things that others are super strict about. In that way, I do feel it's unfair and everyone should be treated equally.

I am sorry you had to read the bad reviews. And not hear any good. I will be getting my peer support certification from there. I will ask and see if my instructor knows anything about it.
No
Just call them. They'll happily answer you. I can't remember
No
If you still need help with this, feel free to write back. Do not section him. There are far better ways to help.
