i am moving into a mobile home that WREC says i have to have an inspection done on the breaker boxes inside and outside before they will turn the power on.im not the owner just a renter.how do i proceed?

Have them come inspect it. The owner will have to fix if there are problems with it before you can move in and have it turned on. P0303
