I have dealt with these wonderful folks twice now, and cannot say enough “good” about them, to adequately explain how much different(better) they are than any other scrap yard within a 50 mile radius of Bronson!!!!! They pay fair prices, don’t treat people like scum, answer the phones, and are ALWAYS professional! I don’t know what it would take to get me to go back to Trademark, CMC, Gilchrest, or any other yard; but it would be significant! If you are interested in being treated fairly, as to pricing, professionally, as to the business side, and just plain old nicely, as to interacting with the staff, this is the only option! I would go here, regardless of price, before even thinking about going elsewhere! I’m not sure if that’s an indication of how great they are; or how utterly awful the rest are, either way, I’m thankful. I’ll see y’all again, soon, I hope.

Staff treats every customer like they are the #1customer. Unfortunately you don't see that with many businesses these days.

I was WOWED at how friendly and helpful they were. Right from the phone call to their personal attention when we got there it was a great experience. Each and every one of the employees was this way. I would recommend this place to anyone wanting to get rid of their metal.
