If I could leave no stars I would. DO NOT BRING YOUR LOVED ONES HERE!!!. I was placed here after having a total knee replacement. I arrived on a Friday afternoon and my Saturday morning my meds still haven't arrived. I told one of the nurses I was checking out, she became nasty and said it would be against medical advice. I had to use the restroom and there was no call button. I ended up using my crutches and falling. It took the staff about 5 minutes to realize that I fell. The nasty nurse said they were going to get an x-ray of my wrist because of the swelling. The next thing I know I was being wheeled to the front because my husband was there. My husband said the nasty nurse told her I said I'm leaving what's the point of an x-ray. Never said this, so now I will wait until I see my own surgeon. Nobody checks on you or pays attention. It turns out my wrist is broken and needs surgery. They DON'T value your feedback and they WON'T call you back. Place is a dump

Horrible my parents were both here before and it was great dad just checked out today got covid didn't have a shower for 2 week food is horrible no one ever come around to check on him shame on you never again most staff are nasty except Judith mimi and Marie

My mother transferred here from Deltona, fl and couldn’t be happier! The facility is clean and tidy. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The residents are comfy, safe, and we’ll taken care of. The facilities communication is fantastic as well. We count ask for a better long term care facility!

YES...my mom was just admitted there for therapy,,broken hip,,,she was confused and called us that night saying she could not get her button to call a nurse,,and all the lights were on so she couldnt sleep,,,we called got transferred several times and the last time i got a freaking recording saying to leave a message,,,
