Shawn is awesome. Now the other guy that works there doesn't know his products nor does he care to learn them. I asked if he had a certain type of material and he looked at me like I was dumb for asking and told me no. When Shawn became available I asked him if he had it and he quickly directed me to the specific item. Thank you town and country for your business but you need to hire people that are hungry for knowledge and not just a sandwich!!!

Rude, vulger, and completely dishonest. Called at 3:50 to check on an order I placed and was left on hold until they closed at 4. Called immediately the next morning and the same guy denied ever talking to me. Same guy said it's a "stock item" he's lying. Tried with 3 separate orders, all were unsatisfactory. Not to mention after my 3rd order they had yet to setup my account. Tristate is where you wanna go!
