Thank you Anna for your response to Heather. Yes we are overloaded with patients during this time. We are also only a one doctor practice. We do our best to accommodate our patients but unfortunately we cannot accommodate non clients at this time. We are sorry that to u feel we deserve a 0 rating for this. Your situation is why emergency hospitals exist. They are there in the event of emergencies and have a higher volume of doctors and staff to see patients when small privately owned practices cannot.
They were most likely asking if you've been bringing your fur baby there..if you don't have any recent history, then they can't take you, or not for a while..my cat needed to go in for an exam, but hadn't been there in years..so I couldn't get an appointment right away..the covid is making their normal protocols difficult, plus they're overloaded, lost a couple staff members..they're actually really good, attentive people..
