My mother is the payee for my social security checks and I need to know how to move it under my name so I can collect the money and not her it’s urgent she’s threatening to not give me my disability money

I imagine you just need to call your Social Security worker or go to the nearest Office. Is your disability preventing you making sound decisions? Why did you have Mom as your payee? If it is due to an in ability to take care of yourself & personal needs, you may need to find another "tutor or payee" b4 you complain to them about whatever it is Mom does... Talk it over with her. She may be trying her best to look after you. Whatever you decide, don't decide while you are upset; please ... ☝️💓🤗
