I spoke with Cassandra from the National Office after waiting for more than an hour plus it was the second time same day (was over and hour and they could not hear me on the phone so ended the call) and she was very pleasant and helpful with my situation. We did not resolve my situation and it was not the answer I was hoping for, but hopeful it will be processed very fast. Keeping my fingers crossed.

My wife and I are preparing for Medicare. We faxed completed forms to the Worcester SSA office per instructions. After we did not get any acknowledgement of the forms being received, I attempted calling the office. After 45 minutes on hold, I gave up and hung up the phone. This is a fine example of our many years of taxes hard at work. UPDATE: We called the toll free number for the SSA and they provided us with a different phone number from that posted online. The second number was answered quickly and the personnel were very helpful. I recommend not using the phone number on this link, but call the national number instead.

Long wait time on hold(to be expected they have only a skeleton crew in the building). Spoke to a very polite woman who couldn't find any of the paperwork in their system. Paperwork gets scanned in so anyone at any office can find it. Has not been done yet paperwork sent in over 2 months now. Was told that she found the person handling the claim, directed me to her, to me to hold on she would transfer me over. I ended up with voice mail and now I've been waiting days for a response. They had no issues processing a stopping benefits for my daughter instead of the paperwork I sent in.

No you can call Medicare
Your better off going in there, call the Worcester social security office
You need to go-to nearest SSA office with valid proof of change of status like passport . Then they will change it for you on there system
You have to go in person and no cost
Yes
Yes you can schedule online but they also taking walk ins
Appointments are no longer necessary but be prepared to wait for a while. Masks and social distancing are required.no food or beverage allowed.
I don't see why not. I went on the SSA website and requested my SS card.

Iam not the one to ask that sorry
There is a form you mail in with your marriage certificate. They will copy and return the Marriage certificate and process your form. Their timeline is about month to a month and a half (according to them) I got married 4/17 mailed it 4/19 and recieved my card today via mail. So took just shy of a month for me.
No, appointment only
You should be worried. Not sure about these people. They lost our naturalization documents and we had to shell out 555 dollars to get it back. No one gives you any good answers even when you call. If i could rate them id give them a 0
You shouldn't be. Part A is only hospital coverage
I need to know why I got a phone call stating that my SSI was terminated due to some kind of mysterious used or business or something and I have not been able to get through to a spare time and I'm worried and I need my own come and I need help please somebody call me 77423 0 8746 Joseph our parents senior
Only be appointment
I'm really not sure honestly. But my opinion is that I would think that person would have to go only no one else just the person who's info it is.
No
I am not sure but I would advise you to go online for information
Nothing if it's SSDI and if it's SSI, you would need to check with them but I believe you would still be fine.
I imagine you just need to call your Social Security worker or go to the nearest Office. Is your disability preventing you making sound decisions? Why did you have Mom as your payee? If it is due to an in ability to take care of yourself & personal needs, you may need to find another "tutor or payee" b4 you complain to them about whatever it is Mom does... Talk it over with her. She may be trying her best to look after you. Whatever you decide, don't decide while you are upset; please ... ☝️💓🤗
Sorry dont understand
Parking is available in front of the building. You don't have to pay for parking.

Yes
Go to your local SS office and request a benefits letter
Yes if you have a d.l. or state i.d.
Of course you can.. Go to the Social Security office and request it from them.
You get Friday
No appointment needed, walk in
No you have to be there
Call
Just in case call them
Just call in and change router number and account number
Of course but you have to let them know.. I believe they start an investigation and then changed it. or Something similar
To the best of my knowledge, an appointment isn't required for anything there. You may just want to allot more time if you're going without an appointment. It's very similar to the DMV. You check in at an electronic kiosk, enter your info, & a numbered ticket is generated. Numbers aren't necessarily called in order, & you go to the corresponding window they reveal during the announcement. And as Joy said, you'll want to bring all applicable paperwork with you to avoid having to return to complete your request.
You need the death papers of your husband SSDI to calm his SSDI
Call or go in person
Call or go to their office.. They may request some info such as your social, birthday and similar questions..
You have to go to your local office if it's SSI
