There are Trails but you would have to bring your bike over on the boat don't know if they allow that? Or if they would be room?
The are are trails all around the island, but not sure if you can bike on them.
I have never seen a bike on the island. Not sure how you would get it there except on your own boat.
I believe there are only Hiking trails, the Island is only about 3- 4 miles, you can Kayak, snorkel, find shells,,,,, chair, umbrella rental,concession stand,(or bring your own supplies and food) beach showers, restrooms, nice quite beach
I wouldn't say it's very bike friendly. Its an island and sandy. That's hard to bike in.
