Pretty sure anything you want to file has to be done in person. You can ask court officer when you get there whether or not you have to wait in line or if you can drop it off
There is a box near the door to the registry on the third floor where you can drop it off. But my advice is that you take the time to stand in line. The line can be four to five hours long but if you get there before 9:00 and preferably right at 8:30 then your wait time is usually under an hour. If you do choose to mail your divorce petition and other paperwork you can certainly have it processed that way but you won't have any guarantee that they actually got it like when you stand in line hand it to them and watch them scan it in.
