What’s going on inside this court? I’ve been told I can’t get any estimate for a court date and our written request sent months ago hasn’t even been acknowledged. I was told “nothing we can do”.

Just keep going and stress the fact you need your court date

To answer your question you will just have to go in there and ask what is going on I just went in there to get some paperwork and there were a lot of people that were there for different things you could go there and ask what is going on. My suggestion is get there before the doors open to be like the first in line long wait if you do not get there as doors open sorry I could not help any further
