I’ve been here about a dozen times and they’re either closed due to covid or long lines. Employees here are miserable and understaffed. I’ve had better experiences at the DMV, go figure. Shut this place down and put the budget somewhere useful.

Hard working people taking on people's lives! Soo many people so be patient and parpaired. Arrive early, coffee shop, fill out the paper you need before being seen. Not very helpful and on 3rd floor(filing office)officer)walks away because you can’t understand what he is saying. Totally rude!!! He fails to inform people of what to do and just looks on like we are supposed to know!!! Thank God for my patience!!! Everywhere else except clerks office they good, working look up at you and pretend you not there lol

Don't call or email, you'll be ignored. This is the court system, you need to take a day off and show up. Once you're there, it's a 2+ hour wait because there are only one or two people working and 50+ people waiting. Do the math. I showed up at 8:30am and waited two hours to get to the desk. Bring a computer or book. No WiFi in the building. Once inside, the staff is very helpful. Be prepared! Don't show up and think that they're going to fill it out for you. They can only give you guidance. Do your research on their website. They have a checklist. I had to come twice as the first time, the clerk helped me correct some sections. Second time was good. Be patient and you'll get through.

Yes
I'm not sure how much, but you can go to the court house to find out as all cases of divorce fee may not be the same.
Yes, if the file hasn't been sealed.
3.5 they got
Go to the court early 830am have your docket number if not they have a computer you can use. You will have to pay also fill out a paper located in the hall on the table.
Pretty sure anything you want to file has to be done in person. You can ask court officer when you get there whether or not you have to wait in line or if you can drop it off
I am sorry for the loss of your brother.May his soul rest in perfect peace.Amen.I think you will have to go to the courthouse for paperwork. The court is open.
6177888000 ask for the Probate Court
Basically everything as u where tio apply for it for the first time birth certificate S,S, ect. any documentation of the child...Good Luck
Yes.
Yes
At the same probate court where the divorce natter was heard. Being that old, they may have it scanned to film and not in paper form.
Just keep going and stress the fact you need your court date
You need to file a petition for legal change of name. You also need to publish it in the. News paper. You might try calling Boston Legal Aid, since you probably will need to file a motion to have. The court ppay for that, as it cost hundreds of $ to publish.
You would need to have his death certificate, birth certificate for you and your family member as well as power of attorney paperwork stating that you have ownership over his assets after he has passed away
While I was there things were processed fairly quickly. However I was there for a different matter but it didnt seem to be backed up.
They are back now. The lawyer for the day is still virtual
Could you call the court to know how long the process will be, due to COVID-19.I have no idea about the process now. Thanks
Youre gonna have to wait but the process is actually better then before go figure
You can get all forms on line to file for divorce. If you have already filed, you can obtain copies from the probate court where your divorce was heard.
4 pm
Not necessarily. Check with the court regarding your chikd support order and when your obligation ends. Could be 18 or up to 23 if the child is in school and a dependant. You shouldn't just stop child support. You should file a motion to discontinue. Get it in writing and approved by the court. Just a suggestion.
On Cambridge Street
Yes the courts will be open. They only close on National Holiday, and Patriots Day (State holiday)
I don't kno
No, one should have been mailed to you from the Clerks office. If you want a copy, you should be able to get one free of charge. However, if you need a certified copy, it will cost $25.00
You have to go to probation on the 3rd floor and give the name of the parties to look for the file
I do not mostly change appointments if it is with the judge
Thank you so much mam
Yes, I think all of them are open by 8:30am
Yes, kids are allowed. The only time they don't allowed is when you need to go in front of the judge, in that case an officer takes care of them outside the courtroom.
Go to the register of probate with your docket number or parties names and a clerk will give you a copy
