If you're being dropped off then 10 or 20 minutes is fine. If you need parking, especially after 8am then 45 minutes in case you have to find parking elsewhere.
Id say 15-20 to get a coffee or buy the ticket for the commuter rail.
10 minutes; 35 to enjoy food court/ sandwich shop goodies
