They never answer their phone, and when they do, they don't even speak, they just put you straight to hold and keep you on hold for like 10 minutes or more. It's a bodega with decent food but they act like they're so busy. 35 years I've been on this earth, they're not that busy. I can't even imagine how much business they've lost strictly because they can't handle their phones properly. Supposed to be convenient, but instead if I want food late night, I gotta go there in person to order and then wait 20 minutes to a half hour, it's ridiculous.

This is an example of “You get what you pay for.” Very poor food quality. We have tried a few times because of the large and versatile menu- have tried many things and several we have flat out thrown out. Spend a little more and get real Italian food elsewhere. I will say the staff is very nice however. Delivery drivers from restaurant are kind also.

Worst sandwiches ever. New Yorker had one piece of dried pastrami on it. Girls at front counter are awesome but had to argue with owner through them while he was on the phone defending half of my $86 order which took over an hour to get which was awful....usually get pizzas which are great. Don't order a sandwich though. Never had such a terrible experience before.

CHECK YOUR CARDS IF YOU PAY BY DEBIT OR CREDIT!!!! THEY OVERCHARGED ME TOO!!! Awful. My grilled chicken ceaser came with no parm, no croutons NOTHING! Update! Went to eat it anyway... RAW CHICKEN picture update. Do NOT order from these people!! 0 stars for me except they actually showed up.
