Even under new ownership, the soul of this store hasn't changed. They are the best local option for purchasing toys, in-person. I much prefer coming here than buying questionable-quality products online. My kid also gets her hair cut here at the salon and they do a fantastic job.

A bit pricey but awesome assortment for ages; play type(outdoor, arts, science, construction, vehicles) and toy material (recycled plastic, wood bpa free plastic etc). Really friendly folks and had a free wrapping station! Also they even had the Carolle dolls I cherished when I was a kid!

First and foremost we want to apologize for your poor shopping experience. We are addressing your issues with our staff members - some of them are new and just being trained. Sometimes it is difficult for an employee to gauge how much shoppers want to be helped or if they prefer to be left on their own. The pandemic has heightened discomfort with social interactions and shopping experiences aren't what they used to be. Obviously we were a little too helpful in your situation and not in a good way! We truly appreciate this feedback, even though it is hard to hear. We are sorry we let you down. Please know that as a local, independent toy store, we value your patronage and hope you will give us another chance in the future.

I’ve been shopping here since this used to be Top Ten Toys… their selection is great and it’s always my destination when I’m buying stuff for kids Birthdays. The reason for the 3 star rating is the staff, in the past I’ve had good experiences here but today was awful. As soon as we walk in and go to look at LEGO one of the employees walks up and engages us in a conversation about LEGOs being stolen and resold at the Pike Place Market. Generally they made me feel like I couldn’t relax and enjoy shopping for my kid. I started to look at these cool miniatures and the same employee walked up and started explaining how advanced they were to build and basically talked me out of buying it before I could even enjoy looking at the sets. Then when I was looking at stuffed animals a different employee walked up and asked if I needed help. She asked if I wanted a basket or for her to hold the toys I was carrying around. I have social anxiety so instead of saying they were making me uncomfortable I said she could get me a basket. After that I couldn’t enjoy shopping anymore. I felt like I was being treated like a thief even though I was well dressed and shopping for my sons birthday. I had been really looking forward to enjoying my experience toy shopping and I left having spent over $100 and feeling totally dissatisfied and let down.

Masks are required for all shoppers. Our staff wears masks. We have hand sanitizing stations available. Plexiglass is installed at the wrap station. We wipe down surfaces frequently. Social distancing/awareness is requested of shoppers and we've distanced fixtures to provide plenty of space in the middle of the store for checking out. We think you will feel comfortable and safe shopping with us!
