It does all fall on what the act requires. The arena itself does not demand vax or masks to be worn.
As of the last time I was there 12/14/21 very few masks and didn't ask for vaxs statis. But they have ask you to be tested with in 72 hour to have a negative test result. Check the Arenas web site.
It depends on the event. We went the evanescence concert and had to show proof of vaccination or proof of recent negative covid test. The arena site didnt have much info. But the concert sites had the info.
No one ever asked if I was vaccinated or required me to wear a mask so.... Organic Blueblood rockers are welcome!!!
