Initially I went to store and received great service, on a Friday, when I was purchasing a full uniform and books for my son. 1 week and a day later, on a Saturday, I received the worst service because I was returning the uniforms. They had not been worn and was only tried on. But because I had lost the receipt, the "manager" said it was store policy to give a gift card for store credit. I said I wanted to talk to his boss and he pretends to make a phone call, then comes back and says "yes, that is store policy". My son will not become a scout for two reasons now; first there is not a troop that meets that fits our current schedule. second because I do not need people like those in the store at that time to be role models. I now have over a hundred dollars on a gift card that I have no need for. I will end up donating it to a boy scout troop near me and write it off as learning lesson. Would not recommend anybody to follow the moto-- "be prepared" when purchasing items, cause there is no returning. No signs posted stating this fact so buyers beware.
