In our search for a shed we visited Tuff Shed. We were very impressed with what they have to offer and our representative Kelvin Mathis was super helpful to us. We wound up purchasing a Tuff Shed and the installation went VERY well even with us changing something prior to the install. We had excellent reps come install this shed, respectful and they did an awesome job. I would recommend Tuff Shed to anyone and also recommend working with Kelvin as he was very helpful and accommodating to us, especially when we had a little paperwork snag that he got corrected very quickly for us.

5+ star experience! I had been looking for a shed for weeks and was having a hard time finding one that was high quality, a good price and could be delivered quickly. I could not be happier when I found Tuff Sheds because they checked all the boxes! From the beginning, Kelvin was very helpful in answering all my questions and was very professional and quick to respond. The process for customizing and purchasing was very easy. Also, the shed was built the FOLLOWING week! 5+ stars to Jose and Claudia as well! They were so easy to work with, very nice and build a beautiful shed for us. The quality is outstanding, we could not be happier. Highly recommend!

Lance was great to work with. He walked us through the customization of our shed plans and outlined how the process will work. He kept in communication with us before, during and after the permitting and installation process. The install team was also great with their communication. They made sure to speak with us about placement when they assembled the base and also to confirm locations of the benches and shelves inside. We designed our shed with about 90% loft space and have more storage in our shed than we had in our garage attic space. My personal experience was perfect.

Yes sir! Quick and efficient assembly right in your backyard! No need to remove fences or trees and no heavy machinery involved.

I was happy with Tuff Shed, mostly. They did disappoint somewhat when an electrical lighting switch that was part of an LED light kit they sold failed. It was sold as an optional light system with their sheds. I went in to see them about it and was told that other customers had the same issue and that the company they got the light kits from (Wina) was not responding to their inquiries. Tuff Shed did not offer any refund or replacement, and basically left me hanging to fix the problem on my own. So, nice sheds? Yeah. Customer service? Not so much.
