Stay away from this place. They get paid by the hour and can care less about truckers time. Management needs to look into this problem and work with truckers. 4 hours to get loaded is ridiculous

It was pretty easy! Go around back, park your truck, go inside, get your day pass! I did a live load. My appointment was for 12pm, I believe it took them about 2 hours to load me, then I was on my way. I'd go back.
