The owners statement is far from reality... the moment we came in the door, no one on the staff even knew why my father was there. They said they weren't expecting any new patient's... They had to ask me questions as to why he was there They put him in a room that wasn't ready for any patient. Not much worked...tv was broken, light was broken... About an hour later they brought a lady patient in the same room to share with him. ... As I left, it didn't seem like a safe, caring place... the story got much worse after...

Thank you La'Shay for all of your knowledge and expertise of skilled nursing homes in the Tampa Bay Area!! You've addressed all questions I've had on transferring a resident out of the state of Virginia! Very Kind Soul!

If I could give this place a 0 I would. My mom stayed there for 20 days after being transferred from the hospital and she was treated horribly. She was there for a back injury and she has Parkinsons. She requires alot of assistance to do just some basic things. When I first got there I was told she was in isolation due to covid so I couldn't visit her which would have been fine except she wasn't told and they didn't tell me that it was because of covid for about an hour after I came. The staff that attended to her(I use the term "attended" very loosely) would at some points ignore her for hours at a time. One time she was stuck on the toilet for 45 minutes straight because they wouldn't do their job right. They would also yell at her at times too. I wish I knew the all staff members names so I could expose them on here. They should all be fired and blackballed from the healthcare business.

My mom got admitted on Sunday, December 27, 2020. Today is Wednesday and she still hasn’t been bathe or wiped. The floor she’s in must be for patients with Alzheimer’s because they scream and get lost walking around. The room is filthy. The wheel chair she was provided is broken and when sitting in it she gets hurt. The solution was to place a pillow on it so she can sit. Really? Good luck calling and trying to talk to anyone in charge because you will spend the whole day leaving voice mails. One of the CNAs pulled her and moved her on her left side which is the leg that she had surgery on. Now her pain is back to 10 due to the wrong movement right after surgery. Needles to say I’m getting her out tomorrow. Rehabs should have inspections because I can guarantee you this one will be closed. Filthy, broken wheel chairs and terrible attention.
