I arrived today to find this place very nice and friendly I greatly appreciated their service. They provided an in person sign language interpreter. Physical therapist, Kathryn was so sweet and took the time to make a splint for my hand. Very nice visit. No negative comment here but I was very impressed with their works 😊👏

I have never been so disappointed in a doctor. There were 3-4 x rays taken. Only one was ever pulled up in the room and nothing on the x rays were ever reviewed with me. I was asked to show him where I had pain in my hand. I showed him the 2 places where I have been having pain. His reply was this, " No you only have pain here, the other place is old news. I reiterated that I have pain in both areas but again was told I don't have any pain there. I am a very active person so next I asked if I could play pickle ball using my brace. His reply was "Do whatever you want, I don't care what you do. He then said " I could give you a cortisone shot, I hesitated and asked if it was painful. His response was " yes it will be sore and it may work and it may not, it's up to you" I then showed him another brace that I use at times that is a little less restricting but wanted to make sure it was OK to use. He said " you are all over this and basically walked out of the room. I left with no diagnosis, no PT instruction ,no instructions for home care what so ever. My pain in not debilitating but it is Interfering with some activities of daily living and prohibiting me from playing some sports. With that being said this doctor didn't care. He was the rudest most unempathetic doctor that I have ever some across. I will not be back and may even consider finding a new orthopedic practice all together,

Being a fit time patient, I was expecting a long afternoon. Instead my paperwork was sent via text link and I filled out zero paperwork at the clinic. I was brought in for a shoulder xray within a few minutes, they sent me back up front, and I was called back just a few minutes after that. The technician went over a few details and the Doctor was in shortly, with in a minute or so. Good visit with him and on my way. Could not have asked for a better experience.

My appointment was for 9:30 am. Showed up 10 minutes early. Waited in waiting room for 40 minutes beyond my appointment time. Finally taken back to office where I met with the nurse and proceeded to wait an additional 20 minutes. I had to leave because I had my daughter with me and needed to get her to school and could not get an estimated time when doctor would actually see me after waiting for 1 hour beyond my appointment time. Appears maybe the doctor over books his appointment times with multiple patients for one slot. Very disappointing! would have given no stars but was not an option.
