Office staff was rude and very unprofessional. Check in was an hour late, dirty towels and bedding laying in halls. The phone didn’t work in our room. We never had housekeeping replace towels or clean our room. The pool was dirty and trashy. The pool is open to the public so finding parking is terrible. For $300 a night, I would definitely go elsewhere.

Room was okay, maybe not for NOT being near the water of having nothing opened at 3 restaurants and because they had some cover band they weren't serving food in any of them. Breakfast buffet is 16.95 and there is no option for less like just eggs. Parking is a Long way off and worse if the pool is hosting a band of any kind. No microwave in room No lake view Folks were nice except at pool the staff walking around were jerks. Lady downstairs at bar was super nice but no one seemed to know that there was no food so weird

My wife and I have stayed at the Regalia Hotel several times now, this particular time was for a work event. The hotel stay, along with the pool, the restaurant, the sports bar, and the 1899 Lounge were phenomenal. Excellent food and drinks the entire weekend. If you're going to stay, we particularly recommend visiting the 1899 Lounge. Though it is a whiskey and cigar lounge, the barman Mike is incredibly creative and can make just about anything out there. He also makes his own mixes and is always experimenting, making each experience unique. Ask him for the Mad Hatter, one of the best drinks I've had.

This hotel was a DISASTER! We had NO HOT WATER for the first day/night with no explanation. This is something the staff should have informed us of at check-in. The pool area was beyond filthy, but my family did enjoy a nice contact high from the kids smoking pot in the hot tub. Vending machines were all out of order, the Rec Room area was only available in the evening because “no one on staff had keys”. Housekeeping was non-existent even though we saw staff cleaning other rooms. When I inquired about this, the front desk said that they must have forgotten our room but did not offer to have staff rectify the situation. On the second day, when we finally had hot water, I asked for extra clean towels so we would have them for morning. Front desk said that they did not have access to towels. Why did I pay their Resort Fees if I got even less amenities than a roadside motel? At check out, I was first asked to hang around for 1-2 hours to speak with a manager. Then I was told that a partial refund would be credited to my card. That has not happened.

Just bought one.. now I just need to see it .not over priced for California standards
They probably will. They were upgrading a lot of programs and amenities when we stayed early May 2019.
