We celebrated my husband‘s birthday at JB Hooks this week. We had not eaten inside the restaurant for a number of years and we were pleasantly surprised. They have remodeled extensively since the last time we dined here. Although they were quite busy and perhaps understaffed, our waiter did everything he could to give us the best possible service. Our steaks were amazing and my husband was surprised with a complementary turtle cheesecake for dessert. They even wrapped my leftovers with care. The views were stunning. We will definitely celebrate more special events at this restaurant.

This place is absolutely amazing! The Hook's Milan, an orange roughy fish with the cream sauce is phenomenal. Atmosphere with the view of the lake is stunning. When waiting to be seated they have a lounge where a cocktail waiter/waitress will come around to see if you would like a beverage. Everyone was very friendly, and thanked us for coming in. We will definitely be back. Thank you for making is feel so welcome.

We had an absolutely amazing experience at JB Hooks! We wanted a place with great food, an amazing view, and a nice atmosphere and we were not disappointed! Our server Christopher was very nice and extremely helpful! The owner also came by to introduce himself and give helpful pointers for us out of towners. When we come back into town, we will definitely be back!

Split a 1lb lobster stuffed with crab meat and 15 -20 scallops and shrimp in a garlic and wine sauce. Had oysters on the half shell and little neck clams for appetizers. Wonderful food. Can't wait to go back

Servers wear masks, seating at full capacity. Not really any social distancing going on.
I would highly recommend making a reservation. Most nights we are completely booked and are able to seat only reservations on the patio. Thank you!
The steak is actually a 8oz fillet! The lobster tail is 1lb! That's why the steak looks so small! Market price $80-$100. Great place for anniversary dinner!

Happy hour is fro 3 - 8 pm and off season hours 11-9 Sun - Thurs, Fri-Sat 11-10pm. They have also just added the Raw Bar for Happy Hour! Always great food and great service! The expansion is coming along very well!
