I don't believe vapors in arena but there is outside smoking areas.
There are a few outside smoking areas. Not sure about bringing the Vapors in. I'm sure people sitting behind/above you wouldn't want to have to see the game through a cloud of vapor ☁👎
This is from the "policies" section of their website: Smoking is not permitted inside Amalie Arena. Guests on the 100 and 300 Levels may use the smoking area on the plaza by taking the SW stair tower located across from Sections 328 and 126 down to level 2 and going outside.

Yes. Just go out in between periods so you don't miss the game.

Yes you can go out of the arena to have a smoke .There is no smoking inside you just have to show your ticket to get back in.
