Yes there is a central walkway splitting the 100 and 200 level. The handicap seats are there and they do have a decent view.

A special row (QQ) on the aisle is reserved for people with disabilities and their companions. These handicap accessible seats are found above sections 102-120. A main aisle separates the lower level 100 series seating and the upper level 200 series seating. The handicap accessible seats are along that main aisle at top of the lower level (100 series) seats. I hope this helps.

There are some behind home plates at the middle of the stands. Easy access to the concessions and restrooms and elevators. All seats are good. All minor league baseball parks are good. Check out app MILB. You never know who will be there. Come early for autographs. Great parking. Season almost over. Playoff start soon.
