No. There are some grassy areas before you enter that I've seen kids playing on, but it's a small minor league park without too many amenities, though it's getting better.
During the Tarpons games they usually have a bounce house and some inflatable games for okder kids, to the left as you enter the ticket gate.

Nothing within the main stadium. Most of space is taken up by parking and ball fields. Sorry, I know this isn't what you wanted to hear, but it's a great park for a major league game. Although it's late in Spring Training, there were options for some days to allow the kids on the field prior to the game. Not sure if they are still doing it.
