You have to call and leave your name and number, then EVENTUALLY a supervisor(and only a supervisor) will call you back to make the appointment. I got called back 2 weeks after i called to make my appointment. Missed the call, and now am playing phone tag. Apparently they are all working from home except the supervisor so they only allow so many appointments a day. Based on my above answer, no, there will be no availability this week. You are looking at about 3 weeks out.
