Truthfully, based on another review, I was a bit hesitant but I was immediately put at ease with my first phone conversation with Rick. He was kind and caring. His customer service was more than I could have asked for and far exceeded my expectations! Rick was amazing to work with and is greatly appreciated. Twice I have taken packages there for next day shipping and twice they did not leave the shop the day they were handed off. This time I tracked it more closely and when FedEx wasn't showing that it had been picked up, I called the shop and was assured it had been taken by FedEx. This evening I received the notification that it was just now picked up. It's one thing to make a mistake, it's quite another to LIE to the customer. I will now have to drive miles out of my way to a different droplocation because the new ownership team can't seem to get my packages correct.

There is a bad review attached to this store which is for the out of business location at Venice Villages. This store at Bird Bay is friendly and efficient.
