We recently had a 2030s softener system installed. We did a lot of research and talked to several rep's from other companies. And we've had softeners in other homes since 1981, so we have a fair amount of experience. We also explored whole house water filtration systems. However, Rick Kelley, the Regional Manager helped us understand that water filtration doesn't provide the same "feel" of water as softeners. The installers, Trent and DJ, arrived on time and did a great job. They were very personable and kept us informed of there progress. The next day there was follow up from Rick and his office to make sure we were satisfied. All in all, Kinetico is by far the best company we have worked with in Florida. Also, the equipment is made in America and readily available. No "supply chain" issues with Kinetico!

I have to say I was a skeptic at first. I wasn’t sold on the idea of a filtration system that could possibly taste better than bottled water. I am here to say that I’m a believer! The water from our Kinetico water system is so much better than bottled water! I can definitely taste the difference and now, I always have a filed thermos of water from home that I carry with me wherever I go! Took couple of hours to install the system under my sink, painless process :-)

They are understaffed, unprofessional, and uneducated when it comes to their own systems. After several troubleshooting calls and driving 40 min to buy new filters, they are charging me a trip charge to change a battery? They could have said, please change the battery and hold down the button for 3 sec. Problem solved. Money hungry at best, I should have just had their system removed.

Excellent customer service! Love our new Kinetico system in the kitchen, now setting up whole house! Happy that they came tested water explained the "chlorine" situation...coming from NY and not understanding the change in water, felt at ease after. What a difference!

Can I change filters myself?

We do recommend doing an annual sanitation along with the filter change, which is something you may not be able to do youself. I would recommend a technician come out to do a filter change so you can see the process and to make sure you would be comfortable doing the work. Along with the filter change, the technician will also check membrane performance, change battery for leak controller, and sanitize system.
