I just sat on hold for 30 minutes and then was hung up on!!! My employer is paying for my stay, I booked with the company card, do i need to have a form filled out before I come so it is charged to the company card?

Good hotel,poor customer service ,have a habit of hanging up on people on the phone .stayed there last convention and I had a hard time getting a cab to go down town since I dont really do uber .any way I ended up getting a taxi from midway since we are half a mile away from airport just makes sense to call midway taxi

I stay there on business alot. I was trying to call them as well. I will be staying there this upcoming also. I do strongly recommend that you have your confirmation info or access it. This is just incase they say you not in the system and you will have proof. Especially with all the hotels being sold out next week. Great concierge lounge there. Enjoy your stay!!!
